How the game works

Minimum amount of players - 10. Maximum amount of players - 30

Everyone starts out in a small room (one for each person and about 5x5 maybe) and there are three classes to choose from. (I explain classes later) You only get 15 seconds to choose the class you want. Rig after that, everyone is dispursed onto a map where they proceed to hunt and kill each other. You gain one point per kill. You do not regenerait health and you do respawn. The game ends after five minutes, the player with the most points at the end wins! :)

General map layouts

The maps are massive. About the size of the maps on massacre, and no hiding spaces. There are open spaces but they generally have barriers.

Kits

Gunner

This class come with a gun. The gun's mechanics are nearly the same as the guns in murder. Also receives a four-hit-kill-knife.

Assassin

This class receives a knife similar to the one in murder, the only difference is the fact that it takes two hits to kill other players. This class also has speed two all the time.

Miner

This player comes equipped with an iron pickaxe, they can break any stone, cobblestone, dirt, sandstone, stone bricks, and all other variations of these used on the maps. They also receive mines (similar to mines in downgrade) that explode all players that touch them (max of five down at a time) This player also gets a four-hit-kill-knife.

so essentially, a free for all murder-filled gamemode, with some potential base building mechanics.
 
I think this is a good idea just some flaws with the kits, Maybe a 4 hit Sword for Gunner and the Miner (In my eyes) = MAJOR CAMPER ALERT!
 
Err, Downgrade was once named Gun Game before so...
 
Sounds a bit like downgrade to me, as MCPZ currently doesn't have many games we need to keep them all unique. But with a few changes this seems cool.

In 2014,
Downgrade was called "Gun Game"... and They developed it and it became Downgrade.
 
I just want to know how many people minimum can play, because killing peoples on a massive map in 5m is very hard with a low number of person :v.

to be quite honest though, all it needs for me to give it a +1 is a different name, as downgrade essentially is a legitimate mode of the original gungame.
 
It sounds pretty cool but I don't know about the open spaces for barriers, I think they should atleast have somewhat a place to hide so if they see someone and don't feel like fighting them because they have a higher weapon choice or for some reason, they can fall back.

The barriers aren't the barrier blocks, they are like a wall there to hide behind as they advance towards other players! :)

Ohh I understand now! But still, there could be some minor inconvieniences. Like the typical hacking of some sort. But I bet if the staff team agreed on this game, it would be a blast!

EDIT: And hackers are a problem on any game.
