Its been a while since I made a post on here, I come on from time to time to see how things are going. I've been away from MC recently and that's one of the reasons you don't see my face around as often as it once was. For those who don't know me and are newer players to PZ... I was an extremely active player on the server in 2014, especially the first few months of joining. I practically lived on PZ.
Well I joined this server on the 8th of May 2014, uploaded my first video the following day and received 'Youtuber' rank on the server. From there I became active in the community, spoke to most staff and players. Chances are if you played back then, I probably spoke to you. I had the rank but I didn't let that take away from getting to interact with others. I gained friends on this server. Many friends. PZ was the highlight of 2014 for me, about the only thing I wouldn't change about that year.
Many fun times came from playing on PZ, times I look back on and miss.
I look back and wonder how it changed or when it changed. PZ has come a long way from back then but the community has also changed. I haven't been active enough to name newer players or even players that changed usernames and that I wish was different.
This was the first MC server I felt a community in. No others before, felt that way. Close friendships with people that I loved talking to back then. A day wouldn't go by without me talking to each person. People grow apart and I wish they didn't. Party Zone wasn't just a server to me, it was more. Some place I could go and problems would go away. People to joke with. I miss it and now seeing it as being a year ago since those special times began, I felt it was appropriate to make a post. I didn't expect it to turn into a thread about missing the past but it's true.
I'd love to become active in the community again but I don't know how to start.
