Heya! So recently when I’m bored I go through old forum posts, why? I have no idea. While going through some, I’ve seen amazing suggestions that I think should be brought back up again (as they’ve gone cold). I will briefly explain each suggestion, tag them, and link the original post!

A New /report
@Amandq ‘s original post can be found here

Amandq mentions in this thread that when a player types /report, the only option is to report a grief. She suggests that when you type /report create, it gives you a list of options;
  • Obviously keep the Greif report options
  • Include a inappropriate build options
  • Include a inappropriate sign option
  • Finally, a cancel options for pending reports you’ve made.
This can be beneficial for staff members, making their job simpler by allowing players to report the rule-breaking plot without having to do it on the forums. It’s quick and simple and better solution in my own opinion!

Roleplay names
@Liillii ‘s original thread can be found here

Within this suggestion, liilii mentions a situation in which it was confusing to decipher who was who in a /roleplay.
Her idea is that when you join a roleplay, the roleplay name you set should be below or on top of your username
Her example picture can be found here

This can be beneficial to those role playing, instead of having to type /rp members, it’s quick and easy to know who is who.

//up
@Fox ’s original thread can be found here

In this thread, Fox (and many others) suggests that the worldedit command //up should be given to Elite, Elite+, or both (and up of course). Instead of having to build pillars up into the sky

//1 to select a position without having to use a wand (aka in the air)
//2 to select the second position (same block)
Then finally
//set (block)
And WALLAH a block in the sky for you!

Feel free to comment any threads you think should be brought back up!

The team in charge of suggestions (part of the qa/cf team) will eventually be sorting through all of the suggestions, though it might take a bit to get to all of them. You don't really need to create another thread on all of them seeing as they'll all be brought up again at some point, but I do like these suggestions.

Oh.. Well just to kinda bump them, and I guess to get feedback again without being warned for necroposting. Thank you though

You can kind of do //up
Step 1. build a pillar on the ground
Step 2. Select it
Step 3. type: //move [Number] up
Example: //move 20 up
That would move the pillar 20 blocks in the air

The ugly pillars aren’t that pleasing to look at. It’s just a w/e command to make things much easier. Just like how //set exists but you can easily fill out something without the tool.

//up in world edit places a glass block on the new height, so you don’t need to use //pos 1 and //pos 2

Yes, but for now, those who want a “//up without the actual //up” can use that.

It's clear all these should be added. Just because they're not active threads it doesnt mean the suggestions are useless.

Yes, but giving attention to them again, is kind of a boost. Yes they’re not active but they’re deep in the suggestion forums, a lot of suggestions that should be implemented don’t, especially if they’re all the way back in the list.

I'm pretty sure that you can post on threads that haven't been locked after two weeks, there is a system that locks certain categories after two weeks to prevent necroposting, this doesn't apply to suggestions and other partyzone related things. Correct me if I'm wrong but I always thought this was the case, even as staff.

Necro posting still applies to the suggestions section

As @Catten said, I think they are looking at these suggestions and seeing which they can/should implement or can't/shouldn't implement. I'm pretty sure they are also aware of these suggestions and how long people have wanted them for. I'm going to leave it with a +1, and also check in with @jedijoe with this idea ;)
