We all wanna be staff.but is it really right for people to buy a rank to be able to apply for staff. A Decent amount of people are mature enough to understand the responsibilities of being staff. So I think they shouldn't have people paying for ranks to apply for staff

If you have any questions or statements leave it in the comments

-1 they wouldnt buy ranks then and the server needs money to keep it going sorry but its a -1

-1 Then there would be WAY too many applications. Not to mention, if you build a map, and it's accepted, you get a rank. So want to be staff without paying? Build a nice map for the server to use.

As stated above there are a few things wrong with this.
1. Too many applications. If brand new players could submit a Helper Application the staff would possibly make it so its at MINIMAL 1 month until your application is Accepted or Denied.
2: The server needs money from Donors to stay up and running.
3: You could always build a map for the server to use and get a free Donor rank that way.

Another reason wrong with this is that Having a donor rank would make it so its less likely for the player to actually quit the server because if you buy a Donor rank, then you are more likely to stay

-1 like Doge said the server needs money to keep it running.

As previously mentioned in several posts we don't let non-ranks apply for a variety of reasons. To start of , being a donator shows that you are going to be staying on the server for a long time. Secondly, donating shows that you support the server and with a donation you show you want to be of help for it. Finally as stated by @CanYouDont this has been suggested before.
For those reasons and for a plethora of many more , it is a -1.

As stated by many different users, opening helper applications to defaults allows people to log onto to our Network, apply for Helper, and if they're denied they'll just leave. People with a rank are most likely here to stay and know somethings about this Network, meaning they're more determined for the position and are less likely to leave if declined. Additionally, there'd be so many applications on top of the high amount there currently is. -1

As stated above this would cause a mass amount of applications and the server needs money to keep it running.

-1, the amount of applications would increase massively and it would be hard for the staff team to read through them. The server needs the money from ranks to run at a high standard. Ranks also show support to the server and that you are dedicated, if you don't have a rank it doesn't mean you aren't dedicated but having a rank shows that support a lot more.

Maybe non ranks with a certain amount of messages could apply possibly? Like 500 messages? I dunno.

-1 however because it clearly isn't happening

If people can't go through all the applications fast enough, couldn't you just recruit more admins/srmods? I think the more there are, the more easier it will be for answering/replying to the applications.

Also, as stated above by many users, buying a rank shows they dedicate the server and they will be staying with the server for a major amount of time although instead of just ranks, they could do it so if you buy name in murder x4, you may apply for staff because you have donated to the server, you have shown your dedication by buying something of the PZ store.

Staying neutral.

Good idea. Shows dedication and not many people have over 500 messages that do not have a rank.
Define how it is a good idea. It kinda doesn't, posting over 500 messages doesn't really show dedication and people wont leave the server, I mean, good thinking but... yer know

Then there is also the free ways to win the rank, if you're artistically inclined in 3 dimensional art.
