I think that as a perk for Elite and Elite+ on forums, you shouldn't have a delay to type things on other people's profile, or respond back to something. This might sound confusing, so let me clear it out.
Say I went onto my profile to reply to so and so's comment.
Then, I go onto somebody else's profile to type a comment. It will say to me: "The following Error occurred: You must wait at least (whatever amount) of seconds before you can type this."
What I'm saying, is that of a perk of Elite and Elite+, there should be no delay.
