Alright so as some of you know from my "Introduce yourself" thread, i was banned for 30 days came back banned for 60 days in less than a week yea. Well anyway so My next ban is a perm yeah so like seeing as i changed my name whilst banned, is it possible if when i come back i could have like a new start or is that just not a thing like...

Your behaviour in game will determine if you are banned again or not. If you behave in the correct way and do not break the rules, then you will most likely stay unbanned. However if you break multiple rules again, you will be banned. Your new start is your decision, you need to take the opportunity to show that you can be sensible and mature. If you are good and do not gain any more warns then it will not have to lead to another ban. Locking Thread as the question was answered
