Rejected New Staff Age

My idea is that you should be allowed to apply for staff under the age of 13, if you can show maturity, and then prove it in an interview.
I think this is a good idea because I'm mature, and probably would be good as a staff member, but I'm not old enough. What I usually get when I suggest this idea is We can't make exceptions for just one person. I'm not suggesting that, I'm suggesting that all players from 11+ if they can prove they are mature, can apply.
This would help the server as there may be a lot of people under the age of 13 who have the potential to be a great staff member and bring a lot to the server. I think it would also open up the staff team a bit more to have a wider rage of ages, which could be a good idea.
I think to prove their maturity they would have to maybe stay as helper rank slightly longer, and maybe have a monthly review, where senior staff review their behaviour on the server. Or, they would have to have maybe a monthly training, where MOD+ check on how they've been doing as a Helper, and give them training so they can be given help on how to make themselves better, and if they aren't meeting the requirement of being mature, they could be demoted. Or, there could be a strike system where they get a strike everytime they're immature and at 3 strikes you get demoted. Maybe have the rules a bit stricter for under 13's applying, maybe make it so the applications have to be extremely well detailed and show maturity before accepting an application.
After all, if a staff member doesn't think you're mature enough, they won't accept your application, I believe this goes for any age anyway.

By giving examples of how they are mature, and maybe a longer time as helper so it can be proved to senior staff, who can then see if they are ready for the next rank, otherwise they could either be demoted or left at helper until they can prove their maturity.

Allowing children to be staff is not the best idea just because of immaturity. Most are immature or are not capable of handling big communities.

That's why I said that they would have to prove they are mature. If somebody sounded really immature at 13, they wouldn't be accepted, so why would that be different?

Honestly I believe the age limit should be put up one (15). Not being rude to staff yet staff just seem more childish than professional. Still allowing more people to apply just creates more problems.

Personally, I believe that it should either stay or be risen. It shouldn't be lowered as there are lots of people that are under 13 that are extremely immature. This wouldn't be a great idea. Sorry but this shouldn't be implemented.

Being a staff member brings you a huge amount of stress and you will be bashed on, hated on and tormented by some members - the majority of people aged under 13 aren't able to handle this and will either; make an insult back to the player (not a good representation for staff members) or feel the need to leave the team. The current age limit is fine and doesn't need to be altered.

I'm still (slightly) salty about the age barrier because when I was under 13, I was told by several people - including staff - that I'd be a great staff member, and I had to tell them I couldn't apply because of my age. It's been a few years since then, but I can see that the age limit shouldn't be lowered.

I agree with @Emohh - it can put a lot of stress on people. Yes, there are plenty of people who are younger than 13 and are more mature than the others in their age group. But that doesn't mean they're ready to handle being on staff. I think if someone is under 13 and wants to be staff, they should be active on the server, act mature and let the staff see that they're responsible. I think that will help raise your chances of being accepted should you apply in the future, once your age is high enough.

Unfortunately, this will not be implemented as from the majority we have discovered that the age we prefer for maturity is 13. As well as this some of the things staff members experience aren't for younger ears we have also assessed it for this reason. The age limit will staff will stay 13 for these reasons.
