NEW eula comply?

It's the end users license agreement. Basically, Mojang don't want people to be paying even more for a game that they've already bought. So, they changed the EULA so that the perks that servers give for donations cannot affect gameplay in any way. If people don't comply, then they could end up in legal trouble with mojang.

But people can still donate, or buy VIP ranks, but these ranks can't be overpowered and change gameplay, they have to be purely esthetic.

Which means.........no more ridiculous "Pay-to-Win" OP gameplay perk donations allowed on any server. So that's great even though we don't have that here. But on other servers, it'll be better.

Here's a fact: The EULA hasn't exactly been changed. It already prohibited that before but no one really cared much........until Mojang decided to enforce it.

well they do enforce it 18 servers have been shut down....back to the point can the server please change so either everyone gets access to the vip only perks or doner only perks or those perks are taken away so sw only has like 3 kits instead of 8 or everyone gets access to the 8 kits same for every game i just used sw as an example, also mabye buy the kits with ig points and we keep them permanently? ill let the staff decide



ps i dont want this server shut down :(

Don't worry, we've changed everything so that we bypass the EULA :)

you have not changed it again sw example "to use this kit purchase it at store.mcpz.com" thus you breaking the eula i hecked and its asking for $ and again breaking eula

They gave the same number of plots to everyone, they made all, or most, kits available to everyone. Any kit that only VIPs can use are not overpowered and are just to give more perks
 
well game keeper is sw is op and this still breaks the eula not to be a pain in the *** i just dont want the server shut down they state "everyone must be on the same playing feild" thus any kits not avalible to us but to vips are not "on the same playing feild"

On SkyWars Saturdays players can access every kit. And it IS possible to win 5 games in a row with just the runner kit.

Look the Gamer Switcher kit isnt available to VIPs everyone can buy that kit and if this server is against The EULA which it isnt an owner would be on it quickly.
 
never said it wasnt possible and when i go to use the game kit it asks me to BUY it the point of eula is no more BUYING on servers
