Ok before You read this thread there are Many MANY video's on this subject on YouTube and I decided to post my own here because I live on these forums.
Ok. So my Organization would be based about Fighting type Pokémon and we would be called "Team Destroyer and we would be in the Gaming (My own) region to achieve our goals.
Our team's Uniform normally has Bandana's, Karate belts (Depending on their ranking. Grunts would be White belts, Scientists would be Yellow belts, Admins would be Green belts, and I 'The Leader' would be a Black Belt), and Fighting uniforms.
Your first encounter with us will be in your home town right after you get your Starter and you will see around 2-4 grunts with Blueprints on what to add to the forest right next to your house. You decide to go up to question them but they don't notice you and you decide they are just new workers for the construction site.
After that, you and your rival go up to see the lake with the legendary Pokémon and hear it's cry, but you also notice an Old Teen/Young adult gaze off into the lake and you hear him muster "So that's what you sound like, huh? I'll see you soon enough my friend.... Soon enough." He then notices you and your friend and say "Good day kids, the Legendary Pokémon here is the guardian of this area, it sounds amazing." Then he takes his part.
After you and your rival have had your second battle (After the first gym) you will then head East to explore a bit but see a Scientist and around 4 grunts. The Scientist notices you after you eavesdrop on their conversation about them removing the checkpoint that was a waste of time and recourses. The Scientist orders the grunts to dispose of you but your Rival comes in and helps you with 2 double battles back to back.
After you and your rival beat the Destroyer grunts (Who mainly have Timbers, Machops, and Mankeys) the man you saw at the lake runs in asks if your alright and heals both of your Pokémon. He then leads you to his company building called the Protective League, built to combat Team Destroyer. He explains that their Leader had something tragic happen to him in the past that caused him to do what he's doing. And what he's doing is going around the world looking for buildings or landmarks that he thinks is a waste of time and/or resources and tries to destroy them, to rebuild something new.
After you learn about Team Destroyer's goals you proceed to the next few gyms, beat them. But then you notice to the North a bit and see a Team Destroyer Uniform but you see a Green belt. A Scientist notices you and warns the Admin. She notices you and says "So your the person the Grunts and Scientists have warned me about after they wanted to Destroy the checkpoint. No matter, I will defeat you and you won't be able to stop our plans." She has a Machoke, Lucario, and her signature Pokémon, Galade. After you beat her she signals her team to fall back to base and before they make their departure she says "All of these landmarks you people 'Treasure' will be forgotten and destroyed before our team has disbanded." Then she leaves but you also notice her braid of Pink Hair slip out from her hood that she was wearing.
After the 4th gym that same Young Adult from the lake invites you to his home for some Coffee, Tea, and some Videogames and of course, you accept. He shows you a picture of his family along with his Daughter. She greets you and shows her some of her games that she's addicted to. She also explains that her mother is at work at the moment and that she spends most of her time exploring. But she also gets to see her a lot. Before you take your leave you take a glance at their family photo again but the wife has a Familiar hair style but you cant remember where you saw that hair before.
Team Destroyer seems to be silent for a while until after the 7th gym. They then become super active in your home town. You decide to Run, Bike, or Fly back to notice that those grunts you saw at the start of your journey have been promoted to Scientists and they are construction some kind of Tower that will over shadow your town and be the head base of their operation and you see the Admin you beat earlier and a Smaller Admin who looks to be about your age. The older one notices you and then says "See Luv? This is the annoyance that I told you about." The younger admin then says "Come on Elegant! Lets beat this clown into the dust! The Elegant and Psycho combo!" The little one who you presume to be 'Psycho' has a Hitmonchan, Heracross, and her partner, A Toxicroak. After you beat them in a double battle you then hear a huge explosion followed by that Young Adult holding a Pokémon. Then you hear a cry... Its the same cry you heard at the lake. He then noticed you and then you see a hand signal towards Elegant, but before you could turn around you are Knocked out cold.
After you wake up you decide around 6 hours have passed by since you were Knocked out. The Boss (Me) admits to being the man who you saw at the start of your journey. He then explains that Team Destroyer's goals were to Examine, Test, and Train Pokémon to get rid of anything that was useless to the Public or any big corporation. He created the Protective League to gain the public's trust but in reality. They used the funds from the people to help Team Destroyer. But now He is offering you a chance of your freedom. He doesn't reveal his true plans but you beat him and his Decoy team. But then you remember he was holding a Legendary Pokémon 6 hours ago. You then call the 8 gym leaders of the Region to come here and within 20 minutes, they are all there. They clear out all floors besides the top floor. At the top floor the 2 admins and the leader are waiting for you.
You are first challenged by Psycho and you beat her. After your fight, Elegant and their Leader, Insanity, flee off to the new rooms. Psycho then tells you "It's too late, My parents plans are almost complete... But, you've opened my eyes and I'm leaving this gang." She then takes off her Uniform and she's the Daughter who also enjoys games who you met after the 4th gym. She then proceeds to give you her number before walking out.
You catch up with Insanity and Elegant. Insanity runs off while Elegant stays to fight you. Her Team hasn't changed but she does Mega Evolve her Gallade but you still manage to beat her. After you defeat her she says "You will never stop our plans! My family will prevail and you are just a nuisance! We will come out on top! And my husband will put a stop to you, once and for all!"
You chase Insanity to the last room and then you see the Legendary Pokémon he was holding, Keldeo, he then says Sighs and says "Welp... Guess there is no more stalling, I will defeat you once and for all. Right here, RIGHT NOW!" His real team consists of Scrafty, Conkeldurr, Medichan. His next two Pokémon are no surprise. A Gallade and A Toxicroak to have his Wife's and Daughter's partners with him so they will always be with them in battle. He then sends out his Partner, an Infernape and when Infernape comes out, he says "Infernape has been my partner since day one! We won't lose the most important battle of our life!" But to no surprise, you beat Insanity, free Keldeo, and the Gym leaders are running up to the top to help you escape. After the building collapses with everyone out. Insanity is pounding on the ground and screaming "Why! Why! Why!!! My plans were perfect! Keldeo was gonna help this world save recourses and make this world sustain so they don't run out of recourses."
He then flees, you go and beat the 8th gym then the Pokémon league. You hang out with Psycho from time to time and then POST-GAME!
During The post game, you can find Insanity on the mountains training. His team is all level 70 and he would gladly accept a challenge. After you beat him he says "As strong as always I see! I will train hard!" Of course you can catch Keldeo.
And that's what would happen if my Organization was in a Pokémon game. Any comments, Questions, or Suggestions for my Organization/Story behind it?
