Check the size of the image, if it's too big, or too small, then fix it to the right size. I think the right size is around 200x200 pixels, I don't know. Try to read again the tutorial of how to use Gravatar, it should help new players, if it doesn't works, then it's not a good-explained tutorial...I've tried nearly eighteen different avatars, but it won't let me use them.... i dont get it. I laughed at that as tiff is a picture formatI got in a bit of a tiff too, just try out gravatar and hope for the best
