Unfortunately staff are not able to reset your stats. Your account is your responsibility and whatever happens on your account without your knowledge is your fault. I would recommend changing your password to something more secure, setting up better security questions, and not using the same password that you use for other things.
Adding onto what Bunni said. There is no way to see if it was you who shot all the innocents and you MIGHT be saying this just for a karma reset
If I remember correctly when the karma glitch stuff happened and you gained a lot of negative karma for hitting 1 person so many times I'm sure someone had a lot of negative karma. Like 50k worth if it happened 2 times.
Well my best advice is play 100 games per day which I do about 150 per day if I have the time. As for coins (gems) just grind and grab as many emeralds as you can. Nothing much I can help you with there just do the grind and you should be back at 1000+ karma in no time.
10 karma per game alive = 1 game
So 6000-k/10K = 600g
600 g -=- 6 days
1 games -=-1.5 to 3 minutes (2.5 medium)
24 games = 1 hour
5 hours = 118 games per day
win/loss rate may depend on the above^
About 700 games in 6 days -100 for losing games and you get 600 so about that.....

When there was a bug with massacre, I was at number 1 spot and when you shot the murderer they didn't die, gigo managed to fix this by fixing people's stats so it is possible, but as said you should make your account more safe, like mine was recently hacked a couple of days ago infact as someone had changed my password, that was my responsibility because my account wasn't secure.
Sorry to hear that this happened to you, I hope all goes well and you are able to get your stats up.
