Why isn't my banner changing when I upload a new one?

It will update itself eventually, it's just something that happens because of the way your browser works. You can manually get it to update by clearing browser cookies. Click your browser for a guide on how to do so: Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer and Firefox. If I missed a link to your browser's guide, you can search it up if you don't use one of those browsers.
