Hey all the murders out there! Wan't a few tips to help you win a game? or how to stay alive? Here's a few you can use to help you win! (they work for me) I was #142 when i uploaded this
1) Do not show your gun! (It's called a secret weapon for a reason!) If you show your gun the murder will approach you differently! Only show your gun if you're shooting!
2) Chose wisely when to kill! As a murder you have a few different ways to kill. If you're following a bystander and wish to kill them Throw your knife at them if they see you! (they could be hiding their gun!) even if they're running away from you (you know there's an F5 button!)
3) Use your advantages! You can sprint, see foot prints, swamp identities, and see how many players are left! use those to you're advantage! If there's one more person assume that they have a gun and kill them with caution! If you had been ratted out then just switch your Idenity with a victim. Use the foot prints to hunt down your target! If someone is showing their gun then kill them ASAP or they will end up killing you later in the game!
4) If you're stuck in a fight between gunner or murder keep this in mind.. (if you're murder) Then strafe the gunner's shots or if there's any other innocents near by, strafe near them. the gunner might accidentally shoot them instead! (as gunner) Predict where the murder's moving to! also predict the murder's next move. If they throw and miss you don't run away! Chase them down and shoot them!
5) Keep your distance! (If someone comes near you that doesn't mean they're the murder!) Keep your distance from other players especially if you're a gunner. As a ranged target to murder you want as much distance between your body and the murder's knife as possible!
6) If you're a gunner and see someone following someone then follow along! (keep tip 5 in mind) The person might be trying to catch their victim in the hidden by chasing them. If you see that the chaser killed someone then shoot them! but don't get too close. just follow behind so that that you can still see them!
7) Don't get ratted out! If you kill as murder make sure to kill all the witness or they will rat you out!
8) Use the "I am next to _" (Lime dye) to find the out the murder or spot out hiding innocents! (It really helps) As a bystander if you notice multiple people walk into one room select the dye. Wait for cool down to expire then use it again. If you notice that names decrees each time you press it that means one of the people that walked into the room is the murder! As a murder you can use the dye to speak out targets. It allows you to know their relative location.
9) DO NOT PANIC!!! I know, it sounds stupid.. But many people (gunners) End up shooting innocent people because they panicked. Keep calm and play!
