Murder Lagging?

I've been having moments in games where I freeze completely and it will stop a second later and do it again. Its only this mini game for me, this never happens anywhere else. Any solution to this?

Do you get rubber-banding(being pulled back in the opposite direction to which you are walking)? I had that once. I disconnected and reconnected and it worked fine.
