You need to upload a .gif to imgur.com and follow the same procedure you would to upload a picture into your signature or post (which can be found at mcpz.net/index.php?threads/how-to-use-imgur.1894/ , but I'm sure you already know this). That's all there is to it! :D
I would upload a .gif here but I'm on Ubuntu so I can't do anything with pictures. Hope this helped, anyway. :p

No i've tried and it comes up with the picture like crossed out icon, annoying!

Do you mean where you find .gifs? Just search something on Google images then set your preferences to "Animations". On any other browser just search I think, the .gifs will be mixed in with the pictures.
