I have been waiting for a reply for my application for 3 weeks, but it just says

PartyZone - Error
You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action.

Help me (again)...
 
Is it this title:
HELPER APPLICATION FROM BUNNYINABUSH

Or is it:
DECLINED HELPER APPLICATION FROM BUNNYINABUSH

have you checked the steps to become helper? it says if it says PartyZone-Error Its most likely doesnt fit the requirements on the how to apply for helper page. but here is the how to apply for helper http://mcpz.net/threads/applying-for-helper.2302/
 
In the left hand corner, it should say 'helper applications' don't click on the 'apply for helper', that's probably why it is saying ERROR
