I don't have anxiety, but I do get anxious about some things, like going to places where I don't know anyone. Starting a job, joining a basketball team and going to work experience was really tough for me and still is
I have my ups and downs as a lot of people do, but I did get really depressed a couple years back. I had just moved out of my home country to France. I didn't know anyone at all, I didn't go to school for about 6 months nor did I have internet. It was a very sudden change that I wasn't mentally prepared for.
