New Gametype Maze of Death

How it works:

This game would consist of a pretty large maze made out of jungle leaves and about 10 people minimum. So there are 2 teams, the red team and the blue team. In the lobby, each player will chose whether they want to be on the red team or the blue team by left clicking their desired team. There would be about 4 rounds. (each team has 2 goes at trying to get to the end of the maze and 2 goes to try and stop the opposing team, each team's attack and defence role would switch each round)

(In this example, there are 10 players, 5 on each team) In round 1, the red team would start at the beginning of the maze while team blue would would start in the centre of the maze. (each member of team blue would be spread out) So the idea is that the 5 people in the middle are equipped with swords and they must try and stop the 5 people on the other team people from getting to the end of the maze. It takes 4 hits with the sword to kill the person and once someone is killed they will spectate until all players on their team have either made it to the end of the maze or been killed. When each player has made it to the end of the maze, the screen would read, "
Player finished the maze!", and if someone was killed, the screen would read, "Player was killed!"


Once those 4 rounds are over, the team that consisted of the most players getting to the end of the maze within those 4 rounds wins! And the screen would read, "team red/blue win!

You mean, a simpler version of the knights vs undead game found on mineplex?
Or maybe just a knockoff maze runner?

I actually really like this. What Party Zone needs is more PvP games 130%

The only thing I could maybe add in is that the team that starts at the beginning of the maze should get a wooden sword, when the other team could have an iron or stone sword. Then, the other team would have a slight chance to live, but the team with iron swords would respawn after ten seconds back at middle? Just a suggestion.

Also if you could maybe figure out a way for the one team to not camp at the end of the maze to kill the other team? I'm pretty lazy soooo I'll just leave that to you :p

Maybe not a maze, just an extremely crowded map. (that doesn't break my sprint)
Also maybe make cool superpowers too.
I'm staying neutral until more details are added (maps, shop + currency mechanics, etc.)
 
I genuinely like this idea. It seems like a great idea for an addition to Party Zone.

Out of curiosity, Aiden, what ideas do you have for adding in a currency system / shop into a Maze Game? By this I mean what ideas do you have for things to purchase. Are you thinking something like kits or something else?

Just like Murder and Downgrade.
Get money for winning, spend money for perks.

I'm not sure about an overcrowded map, because the whole point is that the player must get from a to b, and the superpowers would add less realism to the game. But I completely understand why you would want a currency and a shop, like murder. I was thinking to purchase things like weapons and armour, but what else would you intend on having in the shop?

I enjoy mazes a lot so I am supportive of this idea. A suggestion I have is that you could make the height of the walls high up (5-7 blocks high) so people can't cheat by changing perspectives to look over the walls.

I do agree with this suggestion because it could be very difficult if the defending team is camping at middle waiting for the players to come.

Sorry for late reply. Maybe better swords and things like that, upgrades and perks, etc
Also, by a crowded map I meant that it's a map that is pretty much a maze, but looks like it isn't. Then we can have different maps and it won't feel as monotone
