Maybe Santa Shouldn't be the One Who Got You the IPhone

Are you against singling out holidays? (Hanukkah, Kwanzaa etc.)

As usual, I'm starting the brand new season of posting... with an awkward entry. But don't be afraid! I'm just trying to make this less complicated for everyone. You see, my family isn't a standard, "OOO Christmas everybody~!" You see, my family likes to lay-low during the holiday season. We celebrate Christmas on the 24th of December (big surprise, I know) because we all hop into our van and head east to visit our huge families. But after seeing A LOT of posts on Snapchat from the little-wee-ones, I've began to re-think about in which manner Santa Clause's name should be used. For example, nowadays, because society is dumb, parents give their little 8 year old's IPhone X's, Apple Watches, big gaming consoles... you get the idea. These parents of course, say it's from Santa; just like every other gift under the tree. Santa, yes, is responsible for a handful of the gifts, but PLEASE, I beg of you: if you get an expensive gift, don't tell all your friends it's from big boy Santa. (Not to break your heart, but its from your parents who in hindsight seem to be loaded $$$) Think about some families who maybe don't have enough to pay for these gifts, and struggle to get by. Their children will think that they're not as good as these kids who are getting these IPhones for Christmas. Maybe leave the small gifts for Santa. The big gifts are from your parents, yea? Anyways, stay positive during your break guys. Remember, there's always someone out there who loves you. Just remember that ;).

I hope you had a good Christmas, Lolo.
