When i want to play murder it says this, Your stats and rank couldn't be retrieved, please try again later. If this problem persists. Contact a member of staff.
And it hasn't been working can you fix it?

This is a problem the devs are working on. I’d try using several different signs or joining a friend using /f join. The portal might work, too. Start a conversation with me here if the problem still persists.
