General Map Submission Video

Being a person who normally needs a demonstration, I would like to suggest creating a video on how to submit a map (starting from the beginning [AKA where to make the map {on singleplayer or whatnot}] and how to actually submit) or the basics of making one (where to get the heads, barriers, basic requirements, etc.)

It would really help those who want to create maps but don't know how to submit them. Please consider! Thanks for reading!

I've seen those, so in a way, yes and no. Because although I know the basics of what to do, I really prefer the video since I'm still confused on how I would be able submit. It's a little hard to explain, but I need to see someone do it in order to understand better Hence, my suggestion

Ah understandable. Well try to find a video on YouTube then. All you really are looking for is the command for the head and barriers. Search for "How to get player heads in vanilla minecraft" and " how to get barrier blocks in vanilla minecraft". You should be on single player of course. Everything else is in the link so if you need help withe anything else just try and search them up.

Sorry for being vague Torndog v-v Ok so basically, you know how MCPZ has their own Youtube channel? Well, I was thinking that they could make a video relating to map making.
I already understand that there is a forum with the requirements and the how-to-do-it instructions. However, people like me who are visual learners and need demonstrations before we can do things. For example, this could be a tutorial video. They would go through the steps of making a map, starting on the Minecraft startup screen. They would create a world to show how it would be built in single player, then it would briefly talk about heads and what they stand for, and go through the process of screen-shooting, again quickly since it's only a button, and then go through the process of submitting those and waiting.
Then speeding up to when and if it's accepted, the process that comes after that ^-^ I think that covers it all.
