Actually, PartyZone is a server that makes updates mostly based on suggestions and ideas submitted by the general public of the server, so in a sense, we are all the ones who choose, or at least get a say in, what happens around here.
Then play on a survival server that has more players, since that seems to be one of the "supporting reasons" for this suggestion to be implemented. Or, you could buy a realm and invite players instead. It's cheaper.
Or maybe people like you keep bringing this topic back up because you haven't accepted the fact that it most likely won't be implemented. I see you're new around here - I'll fill you in on how suggestions work. When a suggestion receives a lot of negative feedback, it is generally accepted that the suggestion will not be implemented. If a user tries to bring the topic back up, they need to have changed so much that the suggestion may change players' minds. For example, saying "let's make bed wars" will result in the suggestion being shot down because there isn't enough there. People bring bed wars up all the time and it gets shot down every time except for the ones who completely change the core mechanics of the game, and then they're able to have a better discussion about it with the community.
Getting back on topic: I have a rank on a very popular server. A while back, rewards that were given to players of my rank and above were toned down to be significantly less valuable. And I'll be honest, I felt cheated. Yes, the purchase agreement always says that rank perks might change, but usually when this happens, it's because ranks get new perks when they're developed, not because the developers are tearing perks out of donors' hands. It happens sometimes, but not always. The Elite/E+s who donated a lot of money to keep this server running would probably feel pretty cheated if their best perk was given to everyone.
And let's not forget the money problem.
Edit: I'm not trying to brag or anything, but realize that I'm only a VIP and I'm against the idea of allowing everyone to get into Elite Survival, and that's because I understand what it feels like to have a perk that I paid for ripped out of my hands. I also understand that implementing this suggestion may cause a loss of profit.
