We're totally open to suggestions on the new weapons! If you tell us which one(s) are causing problems and why, we can definitely look into changing itOkay, I'm going to give you my honest opinion of the new DG update.
Its kinda okay, I guess, but I was a big fan of the former Downgrade, and it was my favorite game on MCPZ. This new one sort of annoys me, with some of the weapons being WAY TOO HARD (such as the Cake Mine, which takes too long too explode after you place it, so the target has plenty of time to get away). I really like how you kept some of the old weapons and maps, but the Railgun was easier then quite a few of this new ones. In fact, some of the new weapons are so hard I can barely get passed the 5th tier, much less the 7th or 8th, but maybe I just need to get used to them. I know a lot of people like this new update, but I know for at least a few of the older Downgrade. players, we just miss the old one... I would personally like if you could have a few games every once and-a-while that would have all the old weapons (yes, also including Railgun, if possible).
Overall, its a good update, not for me, but for all the other players who got bored of the old Downgrade, but I hope I can start liking this game and play it like I use to, but for now I'll just stick too Murder and Creative.
+1I admire the amount of work that must've been put into this, but it's not really for me. The old downgrade was my favourite game on PZ, but the update has made me change my mind. Some of the new weapons are too hard to work with, and like @CorgiPARTY said, the cake takes too long to explode and doesn't fit as the 2nd weapon. In the post a while ago about what we'd like to see change, a lot of people mentioned that the maps were too big... I love the new maps but these ones are just as big and hard to get around. I'm quite disappointed with the update, because i no longer want to play downgrade.
We're about to make an update to that -- Cake bombs will explode much faster now. The new maps are smaller; we're just having some issues getting them to work with the new systemDG update:

I had an idea though, downgrade could be split up into two different modes? E.g: Old and new. The modes are pretty self explanatory, and i think it would be nice for us who like the old downgrade to be able to still enjoy it! (And obviously those who like the update). It'd also be nice to be able to switch it up and be able to play both![]()
