A single instance of the Artist rank has been given by permission of the Owner to a member of the community that has been and/or can be relied upon to create MCPZ's art. The only way to get this rank is if it is given by an Administrator or Owner, therefore there is no way to apply for it (like the Hipster rank) at this time.
