So I have applied for helper 7 times I believe? Well each time they have been declined, does that mean I will never be helper? Should I stop trying? Or is there a possibility?

The number of times you've applied does not have much of an impact on whether or not you get Helper. Each time you get declined you can only improve from the reason you were declined. Whether you wish to apply after the 2 months period is up to you.

There is always a possibility as long as you meet the requirements and can apply.
