Creative Lore or description command

Suggestion;
Adding a /lore or /description command

Purpose;
The /lore or /description command would make it so players (Possibly ranked) could add a colourful description to their items! By adding the /lore or /description command could make people (like me) Have more fun with creating personalized/god items. ex. https://imgur.com/a/OGgbMJk

I do not know if this is a feature or not already, if it isn't I agree that this should be added! It would be really fun to add such descriptions.
Pros~
• Fun to have and use.
• Adds another perk mostly for Elite and Up.
• Adds another unique touch to server.
• Expands on creativity and adds way more many aspects.
Cons~
• Can be abused.
• Inappropriate descriptions could be added.

These are the basic pros and cons I can think of, keeping the cons aside this would be awesome! If someone could as done to prevent inappropriate information on it would be greater.

Inappropriate Descriptions could happen but we can already rename the item itself so I mean, why not?
