Dizzy ran to catch up with Caitlyn who was chatting to one of the very popular boys.
"Um, hi Caitlyn! Are you going to the park tonight?" Dizzy asked
"Yeah I was just heading there now. You wanna walk with me?" Caitlyn replied
"Yeah sure!" Dizzy exclaimed
Caitlyn waved goodbye to the jocks and then they both set off to the park. Caitlyn was wearing a light blue blouse with white skinny jeans. Her dark blonde hair was flowing behind her in the gentle breeze of the wind yet her blue flower in her hair stayed perfectly in place. She was wearing denim converse with white laces and they were up to her ankles.
"So, what do you think of the new boy, Caitlyn?" Puzzled Dizzy
"Um do you really want me to answer that. I mean look at him and then look at you, Dizzy. I saw you chatting to him he looks a bit...a bit well nerdy!" Caitlyn replied
"He isn't that bad!" Argued Dizzy
Caitlyn stopped looked at Dizzy than shook her hard.
"Don't be getting any ideas. Your from galaxies apart. I mean look at you! You look young, fresh and cool and look at him. He looks like his Grandma has knitted his clothes from 1969!" Caitlyn claimed
They got to the park gates and opened them up to find someone there. His hair was brown and he had Oakley sunglasses on. He was wearing a leather jacket with pale brown chinos.
"You want to go out with this hottie!" Caitlyn whispered
He took of his $80 sunglasses and then the girls' jaws opened wide. It was Adam!
"Hi Dizzy!" Adam signalled for Dizzy and Caitlyn to come over to the bench where he was sitting with Avent and Booneh.
"Hey Dizzy look at Adam. He is so rad!" Booneh exclaimed with eager
"Wowzers!" Dizzy muttered
Then Dizzy noticed a girl with fierce blonde hair. He sat next to her and put his arm around her. The blonde haired girl leaned her head on Adam's shoulder. Dizzy's hope sank like a wreckage in the sea. Caitlyn looked at Dizzy with pity.
"Hi I am Trey and you must be Dizzy and Caitlyn! I have heard so much about you two." She spoke with guilty innocence in her voice. Dizzy didn't say a word. Why had she had to be there?!?
"Um, Adam is this your girlfriend?" Caitlyn stuttered with shock in her voice.
"Yeah, she's so beautiful isn't she!" Adam spoke with happiness.
"Um, I better be going!" said Dizzy with despair and sorrow
"Oh well here's my number and we can have a nice girly chat." Trey spoke with nice guiltiness in her sweet sweet voice. She gave Dizzy her number and traded a smile for a glare.
"Um, bye Adam." Dizzy said with guiltlessness in her baffled, kind voice.
Dizzy ran off to her house. Rain came pouring down and the water filled her lungs with despair. Dizzy went home and punched a hole in her wall with her anger. She laid on her bed until her phone rang. It was Trey. She answered it and Trey spoke with an awful voice," Listen Dizzy! Adams mine and I don't want and you getting in between our relationship! You hear me!"
You could hear Adam speaking in the background and she hung up without hesitation. Dizzy screamed loud but no one heard a thing. The flowers in her heart died of thirst. The rain in her body heaved and flooded her confused brain.
