Hey folks, it's been a while, but many of you may remember that last year around this time I was a candidate for the Students of the Year fundraising competition funding the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. I cannot run again as a candidate this year, but my lovely friend Maggie decided to run the team as a legacy team of what I created last year. My team raises critical funds for LLS and is named Team Barbie in honor of a close family friend of mine who has gone through the debilitating effects of cancer.
Feel free to donate HERE
In my precious fundraiser, you were all incredibly generous and kind and I'm so glad to be a part of PartyZone and its giving community.

- Since the early 1960s, five-year survival rates for many blood cancer patients have doubled, tripled or even quadrupled, And many LLS supported therapies not only help blood cancer patients but are helping patients with other cancers and serious diseases. In fact, drugs first approved for blood cancers are now approved to treat patients with stomach cancers, skin cancers, and autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis.
- All donations are greatly appreciated and are tax-deductible. This will not only support LLS-funded research but will also help provide critical information and support for patients, and support advocacy for laws to ensure patients can access the care and treatments they need

To anyone who may donate or has already donated, I want to personally say thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am proud to be sharing this fundraiser with such a loving community that I have been a part of for so long. Even if you aren't able to donate, please spread the word about the donation! Together we can be the generation that finds a cure for cancer!
Huge shoutout to Kankson for his incredibly thoughtful donation last year, it's people like you that truly take us one step closer to finding a cure. Also if the donate here button doesn't work, you can just click this link: https://events.lls.org/sc/scsoy20/slonyo
