Let's talk about promotions.

I know everyone is very happy about the new ranks and new moderator/helper promotions, but I thought I should say this. I've been seeing things around staff profile's saying "You deserved moderator rather than @_______!" Now that is disgustingly rude. Not trying to put anyone on blast, but how would you feel if you were promoted to helper and someone said "You didn't deserve helper, @____ did!" It wouldn't feel good, so you shouldn't say something that'll make someone's self esteem go down.

I suggest you'd wait for your "favorite staff member" to get promoted instead of telling them that they deserve it rather than someone else.

Frankly, if someone i think should be Mod that's Helper, I say; "It would be cool if your Mod, all the Mods deserve it, but so do you!" to make it sound more fair. I'd also say; "It'd be awesome if you were Mod like ___.... It'll come one day!"

I remember when I got helper someone told me i didnt deserve it just because i didnt do anything to a plot with like 12 heads. Helpers can't even do anything with that so, lmao. Short story, sorry. Anyways, what shantee said.
