Lag?

Guys have any of you had lag lately. im getting only 23 frames per seconds rather that 167 frames per second. do you know why that is?.

I find very hard to play on the creative server due to the immense lag!

I've built only of my server game pulser in my plot and well it hardly worked! I also worked with and tumble wave form generator. It was just to bad it didn't even work?

I would say that it could be due to the players but what do think?

Im getting lag, but mostly because my PC us usless...
Creatives probaly lagging because of greifed plots and lots of flowing lava & water..GG

FPS isn't affected by the server connection, it's affected by the stuff on the screen. I would suggest turning your particles to minimal and render distance to small, that may help.

Yeah thats true but if redstone is not working then thats lag

Redstone contraptions and signs in particular cause more lag than normal blocks. Like Lily said, turn down some of your video settings. See what happens.

Signs, Item Frames, and Chests create much more lag than you would expect, but there isn't really anything you can do about it.

On occasion I get lag when I am on the server, but thats rare, I am usually pretty lag free. Thankfully.
