It has been 5 days since I bought my vip+ rank and I still have not received it in game. I've e-mailed support several times and they seem to be just ignoring me. I'm not sure what to do.
 
Gigosaurus, the one who deals with all PZ Support issues, has recently been on holiday and will deal with the emails once he has enough time. If by next Friday you have not received your rank, please contact a member of staff and they will deal with the issue for you. Thank you for your understanding :)
