I was trying to report a hacker but It was denied because I didn't have enough proof the owner told me to do ts but I don't have it.

Please use video evidence when reporting a hacker, with exceptions to chat based hacks, as that is the only valid evidence. Once you do this, upload it to YouTube and copy the link into the report.
