We are constantly working on Creative updates based on suggestions and ideas from the community. While we can't promise anything, we're always working on cool stuff so keep a lookout on the forum for Developer Logs!
If you're referring to updating the version to support 1.9+ blocks, we won't be doing that anytime soon as our playerbase is dependant on being able to use 1.8.
