I meet all the requirements to apply for Helper but when I click to apply it still comes up with the error page. Have I not linked my Minecraft account to this account? If so how do I link it?

The reason you can't apply for helper is because you have not linked your forums account to your Minecraft account on Partyzone. In order to do this, type /link <email used to sign up on the forums>. This can take a while so please don't worry if your account isn't linked straight away.
