Hope your ok I cannot do much phsyical stuff like gymnastics and karate anything that uses my hips as I was really badly injured when I was young

In all seriousness I'm glad you're okay; neglecting the need to have an appendectomy can sometimes result in death, so I'm so glad you had yours removed before things got too bad.
