It wont let me apply for helper

When i try to apply for helper it says "PartyZone - Error" and i read simplysarahs rules and i have all the requirements plus i haven't even applied yet any help?

I had the same problem.. I just got VIP! But it said I needed to be 'Active on the forums' too. That's what i'm trying to do now.
