Is Teaming Bannable?

I've seen many people say on Murder that teaming is banned, but I've never been sure. I've been very disliking towards teaming ever since I started playing, but my friend recorded a video of two teamers - whom you can tell are obviously teaming. Click this for the video. My friend and I do say teaming is punishable by ban in this video, but I'd like confirmation on this. The two people in this video who were teaming are Army4TheKing and nagato1228. If teaming doesn't receive some sort of punishment, then I'd really like for a punishment to be there since it ruins the game, and out of the 3,000 games I've played, a good amount of them involve teaming (definitely over 400 cases).
