Is PartyZone gonna get blacklisted?

Not necessarily, some people might be getting worried about their favourite server/network getting blacklisted, and right now I am really worried about PartyZone and how the staff will cope with this EULA thing that mojang has made for the minecraft server.

True, I aswell don't want to see one of my favourite server/network getting blacklisted.

Party Zone won't be black listed.Because the server is poplar and Mojang won't black list it.

Just because a server is popular doesn't mean Mojang won't enforce their rules on it.

and part of that human stupidity is mojang blacklisting servers

Mojang's only doing it because there's a lot of servers scamming a lot of people of their money with these types of deals that seem promising but only end up making said player loose money.
