I was reading about the Mojangs server blacklisting thing. Then this caught my eye: "try to make money from anything we've made" So, Mojang is trying to stop "Pay For Enhancement" That counts extra Creative Plots, Kits, Command etc. Than I thought about this server because something like Elite + Rank has extra Creative Plots and Commands. So this server is not EULA compliant So is this server gonna get the Blacklist? If you know more about this please let me know. Thanks for reading! Please tell your opinion.

So far the blacklist is only 31 servers, and 27 of which have been identified. At least from what I heard. I honestly doubt that mcpz is going to be a part of that list, considering it isn't heavily based off of p2w. Either way, this can be countered by simply not updating.

What do you mean by "blacklisted"
Idk what this whole blacklisted thing means so please explain

Essentially, in the next 1.9 update, there are certain servers that Mojang will block from the public because they don't follow the terms of the EULA. OP is worried that mcpz will be a part of the blacklist.

ohhhh I see now, thanks

If PZ was blacklisted I would probably stop playing minecraft and do Lifetime undertale. I doubt partyzone will get blacklisted though.

I highly doubt it. Party Zone is in compliance, as far as I'm aware. Cosmetic items, such as the creative plots and such, are allowed.

We don’t mind you selling items in game, but they must be purely cosmetic. Pets, hats, and particle effects are OK, but swords, invincibility potions, and man-eating pigs are not. We want all players to be presented with the same gameplay features, whether they decide to pay or not.

This is what Mojang said about cosmetic items, and PZ doesn't sell things that affect gameplay (ES mainly). Even if it was going to be blacklisted, we would have been notified by the higher staff if something like this was going to happen, as it is a big part of this community. This being said, I wouldn't worry about it.

Mojang is starting to crack down on the pay for play servers and stuff that sell items for advantages in game, and if they don't comply with the EULA they're going to get blacklisted, which will no longer allow anyone to join that server on the next update, and you cannot go onto that server in any more updates and you'll have to stay on 1.9 and these current versions.

I really hope not. It's amazing.

Party Zone won't be black listed.Because the server is poplar and Mojang won't black list it.
Not true. Mojang has blacklisted many popular servers because they did not meet the EULA.

I wouldn't say the server is popular. A lot of people play is and it has a decent amount of players/partiers

Well we don't really sell extra plots and kits. So it's a less of a chance.

Doubt it, since the only way you can get most of the stuff is by a rank (which is basically a bundle) and
1) major major servers haven't been blacklisted yet, even with similar ranks to pz
2) I don't remember reading anywhere in the EULA about stuff coming with ranks being "bad"...
