So for a few days PZ wasn't working for me, then it said it was on maintenence mode, then it doesn't work again. Why is this? I really want to come back on PZ.

same here! I have already posted a thread on this subject but no 1 has come back to me yet. As well as you I hope to find the answer out soon and that mcpz will be up for us to come back on and play!!

Server was changing hosts, it's nothing bad, it's actually a good thing 
Expect less lag and less downtime as soon as the server is back up
