somewhere...?
Okay. So. The beginning scene with Loki, Thanos, and Thor. What. In. The. World. Lokis death? Was so quick? Loki is TOTALLY the type of guy to make his death dramatic. ALSO it was in the beginning of the movie and i was so shocked I didnt get the chance to feel sad.

Another thing about that - Loki is originally blue. Magic is what makes him appear normal. So when he dies, shouldnt he turn back blue? Because the magic wears off? And THOR DIDNT EVEN SEEM THAT SAD AFTER THE SCENE (Loki is my husband i an triggered about his death)

Next topic: When they are fighting in Wakanda against those animal monster things, and Thor comes in and uses his new hammer, it completely wipes out all of the enemies. Why didnt he just keep doing that? It would have made it a lot easier to win.

That same scene: When they decide to open up part of the barrier because the monsters on the outside were running to the other side. Them opening it was STUPID!! They could have just sent some of the avengers who could get there fast over there and defend it, instead of opening the barrier and letting every monster inside.

Anyway lol thats my rant thanks for reading it

I've not seen infinity war but I agree with you on all of these.

There’s a theory that Loki didn’t die (wouldn’t be surprised) and that he disguised himself as Bruce Banner, justifying why he couldn’t turn into the Hulk and also why he kinda already knew about Doctor Strange!

Also, can we puh-lease talk about that ending though??

Like, um, where was the overhyped action-packed battle that everyone was waiting for? Instead of that, we just get slowly depressed as our favorite side characters fade away into nothingness (R.I.P. my son Spiderman, he was too good for this world).

And honestly, Chris Pratt is such a hottie and I absolutely love him, but c'mon, Peter (Quill) couldn't have made a stupider move by punching Thanos. They had him--everything was perfect the bug girl (I forget her name) had Thanos sleep and as long as she kept on focusing on that, they would have been fine. But of course, they got onto the topic of Gamora and ruined everything (I think that Nebula should take some of the blame, as she exposed that Thanos killed her and made Quill get mad and punch him).

I liked the movie but some stuff was just dirt trash.

You need to see it!

That would be AMAZING, but didnt Bruce like halfway turn into hulk multiple times?

I was soooo mad at Quill when he punched Thanos. Iron Man and Spider Man were so close to taking off the glove!

Captain marvel.

Two words.
Captain. Marvel.

Well, this was the most depressing Marvel movie I've ever seen. Like seriously. The fact that Nick Fury and Maria what's-her-name "faded" at the end. I have to admit, I like what they did with that. It gives the viewer a sense of how truly powerless humanity is. Planes and cars crash and the who grid could go down due to lack of people running it. Thanos somewhat put humanity behind. It wouldn't be able to continue developing at its current rate in the Marvel universe with half the population of Earth gone. Aliens become a huge factor, too. Half of the world's greatest protectors just perished into piles of ash and dust. It just made us want to cry our eyes out, really. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if Loki was Bruce. Even though he "turned" halfway into the hulk, it could have just been Loki changing his skin tone to make it seem like it. I love Loki in all honesty. I also love the Red Witch. Her power fascinates me. It was kind of sad when she had to kill Vision to save them all, but her work was for naught and nearly everyone ultimately died, including herself. I don't even want to go into what happened to Gamora. She didn't deserve that death AT ALL. If only Quill had held his punch until the final battle. Heck, for all I care, that punch could have been what actually killed Thanos. Instead, it doomed them all. Nebula is an interesting character, to say the least. On the bright side, we are back to the team being made up of the three who began the whole thing, if I remember. Black Widow, Captain America, and Iron Man. It will be interesting to see those three rise from the ashes in a next movie. The end thing kind of reminds me of a Latin quote I found in a book once. "Pulvis et umbra sumus." The phrase translates to 'we are but dust and shadows' or 'we are dust and shadows'.

I was broken when Vision died because at first I was like, "Wow, Scarlet Witch sacrificed Vision to save them!!" but then I realized that Thanos had the time stone from Dr. Strange and I was like, "Hmm...Let's see how this goes." And surely enough, he turned back time to take Vision's stone and kill him...again.

I've heard a theory that Dr. Strange might have time traveled to Captain Marvel, but I don't know how likely that is.
Anyway, I'm just hype for the Captain Marvel movie, I can't wait!

I've also heard that Captain Marvel, Ant-Man, and Hawkeye will be joining the Avengers.

I find it interesting that they decided to leave the original 3 behind. Its a full circle. And I guess the whole Loki to Bruce thing makes sense, and that would be amazing. Loki IS clever enough to think of that, afterall. But where would the real Bruce be? If it turns out that Loki isnt Bruce, im curious as to why he couldnt change. Hulk being terrified of Thanos? Thanos and Hulk having some kind of connection? Who knows haha

I love Hawkeye! I was surprised to not see him in this movie and I really hope that he IS able to come in the next movie. He is a human, unlike the other superheroes. That makes me like him so much more (Spiderman, iron man, etc, have suits and things to make them more powerful, Hawkeye just has hinself and a bow and arrows. He also has a family which adds to his human-ness) I wish we didnt have to wait for long for the next movie!!!!!

What really annoyed me about the movie's ending is that we know everyone won't be dead. There's a Guardians of the Galaxy vol. 3 planned for release in 2020 and I'm fairly certain there's a sequel for Spider-man: Homecoming planned as well. Everyone in the Guardians of the Galaxy is dead except for Rocket, and Peter Parker is, well, dead too. So that leaves Marvel with only two options: 1) make these two new movies happen before Infinity War or 2) have everyone find a way to resurrect most of the characters that died, most likely via the Time Stone or Soul Stone.

Honestly, I'm leaning toward the latter choice, because there isn't much room in the Marvel (movie) timeline to make another Spider-Man/Guardians movie happen before Infinity War, and you'd really like to think that Marvel wouldn't just kill off a bunch of their biggest franchises. I mean, did you guys see how much money Black Panther made? And he barely had any significance in Infinity War. They just slaughtered him too.

Something that I latch onto to keep my sanity about the deaths: Dr. strange, when he had the time stone, looked forward in the future to all of the possible outcomes. He saw only 1 where they won. So when he willingly gave up the time stone (basically resulting in everyones ‘death’) he had already seen how to win. So he must have had a plan? He must have known what he had to do to win and what he had to do to get to that point. So thats what I keep thinking about. He wouldnt have given it up so easily if he didnt have a plan.

Batman dies in Infinity War...
Yes totally ;)

wouldve been funny if thanos disappeared with the half who died
