Recently many people including myself have found PZ much less interesting. They have all openly stated that they are tired of this server but however, yield any backup comments regarding why they are less interested in PZ. It may seem like the suggestions tab, but excluding its some familiar characteristics, this tab is meant to be regarding issues related to the community and what they all want to say to help improve our server more. This tab is also a way to make a thread which you aren't so certain would fit into the suggestions category. Consider this new tab an opinion tab to express what people think the server is lacking if Improvements doesn't sound right.
 
Suggestions can contain improvements/feedback (and already has been doing so), just players aren't posting their opinions enough.

I agree, but an opinion tab would be nice to have in some ways. Possibly someone wants to have an open conversation with other players on how to improve any given topic. I also think some players do not think their opinions should go in the suggestions tab. This tab does seem to include multiple tabs already created but maybe it would be nice to put those all into one tab to clear up space and possibly have more ideas for new tabs.

Use the new and improved "Feedback" thread prefix for suggestions ;)
