So I was on an RP two days ago, I left during the RP so when I came back today I was still on the plot. I was buried in an underground lava pit with my inventory full of items named NSFW things. I thought it was just someone trolling and it was fine, not a funny joke but whatever. That was until I realized that there were 5 stacks of stained glass that were my school's colors and named after my school's mascot.
I was pretty creeped out and since I don't know their username I can't report them I was wondering if there's absolutely anything I can do about it. I don't expect the person to be caught but I want to try and do something about it.
I deleted all of the items and cleared up all of the lava so I don't have proof, you can say I'm lying if you want, you have no reason to believe I'm telling the truth so I don't expect you to.
Once again I don't expect anyone to do anything about it but I decided I should tell someone just in case someone knows my personal information, no one I know would do this and the only people I know irl who know what the items are don't play Minecraft, or at least I don't think they do.
I'm kind of creeped out so I decided to tell someone.

Odd, Have you ever told anyone what school you go to, or checked who else was roleplaying?

Have you checked to see who owns the plot? If they're the only one with building access on the plot, then they're the one who did it, unless they gave someone build permission temporarily and then removed it.

If you didn’t remove the items, we may have been able to find out who had done it. That goes for the lava as well. I can still take a look online though if you are at the plot. If you still are bothered, you can always come let me know and I’ll try my best to do something about it.

Somebody has been using your account. That's for sure, cause if you were logged off, unless you picked up the items right away (highly unlikely due to item removal), then they could not have put those items in your inventory.
So basically change ur password
EDIT: They also appear to know your personal details, so that means they either hacked other things of yours or they are from your school and pulled a bad prank.

Ooh, yeah, as @squid legend said, your account may have been hacked or compromised. I'd recommend that you change your password (and potentially the email linked to your Mojang account) as soon as possible.
