If someone says something rude or is spamming in chat or something and no staff is online and all online staff in other servers are afk, if we say "Please be nice" or "Please don't spam" or something like that, is that mini-modding?

Currently, this does not count as mini-modding. Be careful when doing this as this may make situations worse if the player reacts badly. We recommend filing a User Report as soon as possible: https://mcpz.net/link-forums/report-a-player.42/

Mini-Moderating is when you threaten to punish someone without a staff position, essentially impersonating a staff member.
