Recently I applied for helper, I got declined for immaturity but I was told I have potential, now I would really love to be helper but I'm being told I'm immature so my question is, what do you need to be counted as mature? Could I have a list of qualities a 'mature' player would have?

This would be counted as giving tips for you to apply, which we are not allowed to do.

Maturity is something that you have to acquire yourself, staff cannot help you with changing your own behavior.
