im currently banned from the discord so i cant ask this question there so im going to ask it here. i was permanently banned from the discord twice and i strongly believe my second ban is false. yes, im aware im not allowed to appeal but im not really sure what to do since im almost positive that this ban was false. help?

First of all, thank you for sending in your question!

Okay, if you really strongly believe your punishment is false on the discord, I'd actually message me and I'll discuss stuff with management and get things in order, see what can be done and I'll see if we can sort stuff out. If you believe something is false, you do have the right to ask management, the lack of ability to appeal applies to if you see why you've been punished and feel you've made improvement or similar despite history which was/has been deemed unacceptable, however you can speak to us if you believe the punishment is completely unjust or if you'd like legitimate proof as to why you've been banned. It's been a bit complicated due to what you've been told, however I hope this helps.
