If you hover over your profile picture a dropbox should come down with options. Select signature as shown here:
Then you'll be taken to a text box where you can customize your signature with images, text, etc. To find out how to upload images on the forums, refer to this guide: https://mcpz.net/threads/how-to-put-images-on-the-forums.30860/
It works the same way for signatures.
