Idea's for server

I have little minor ideas and major ideas...

Minor:
For creative server:
VIP+ should have access to world edit on their plot only.
Major:
Add prison & skyblock

I also wanna hear the PEOPLE what are your ideas o-o
 
The problem with worldedit is that it is horrible if you make a error because it would probably crash or lag (badly) the whole creative server. And, think of how many VIP+s there are. Most of them would use worldedit and all of them moving large chunks of blocks around? That would cause a lot of lag. Lastly, wouldn't giving w/e to VIP+ only be against the EULA?
And I'm not sure about prison and skyblock... I think it might be too similar to factions?

World edit might have been a bad Idea but prison and skyblock is cool I think...

Violating the EULA depends on what the players are doing. If it's a competitive game of speed building then using World Edit would be against the EULA. Either way, it's not a good idea.


Sky block and Prison servers are SO COMMON! It's about as common as getting Rotten Flesh from a Zombie.

+ /p h {Username} Ive been wanting to STALK! I mean Visit Dynam's Plot for 3 months... -_- This needs to be in ;P
+ RP world. So much Advertisment On creative it hurts.

I think that the staff should work on survival games and sky wars before we give them more games to create:p

Yes I agree but I have lots of friends I play with (not VIP) but they what to play factions I am hearing I will be open near Christmas but I am not sure. If factions came I would of fort that more people would join the (epic) sever.

There is a way to make it not lag, world edit can have maxed blocks used at once like in a //cut, you can only remove 2000 or when you //set it only sets 2000 blocks. This way the server won't lag

This is indeed possible, just go to the config of WorldEdit once you putted it in the plugins folder.
(Be sure to do /reload or else you wont see the folder of WORLDEDIT)

For creative server: Yes , but lets say people need to do /vote 10 times to be able to get the WE permission? AND also lets say default users get up to /set 500 blocks , Vips up to 700 blocks, and VIP+ 1000 blawcks?

Still don't like the idea of users using World Edit. It's a really powerful tool that should be put into trusted hands. Anyone can just vote 10 times.
 
World edit would not be a good idea, have you seen the amount of griefs we get in creative as it is? Plus there's the possible lag issues & EULA violation...

Maybe builders can get WE perms? If it's abused, the perms can be taken away. Just an idea :p

How about you can actually "earn" WorldEdit permissions?
e.g.: You have to apply for WE permissions, or staff needs to trust you, etc..
 
Builders & Admins currently get WE, I seriously doubt we're going to ever offer WE as a donation package.
