So I’ve noticed that server is sort of...down, and I was wondering if I can have permission to advertise this server on the r/mcservers , it is bassicly just a subreddit where people can post info about there servers to attract more players, and I can post there about once a week if I get permission
 
No. It reflects badly on servers when you go onto other servers to advertise another network. While you're trying to be nice, it can cause more problems than good when advertising. We'd hate to see something happen to our players because they advertised on another network.
