I need some help!

I have got two things I need help with
1. I am VIP but it never says that on forums. I would like to apply for helper but I can't without VIP. I have linked my account (but I haven't yet got an email saying I have.)I have also contacted an admin about a week and they still haven't replied yet.
2. Every time I try to upload an avatar picture comes up with error. What do I do?

U must use gravatar to get a profile pic and try contacting a different admin

When in game use /link email with the email you used to sign up on the forums. It should transfer over.
